We are so proud to bring to you our refreshed and rebuilt website. Lots of things have changed for Offset Films recently. Not only after the merger with BN media and celebrating our 10 year anniversary. It has been a year since the merger and the additional staff and expertise has allowed us to spend time focusing on the business, considering how we can grow and achieve our goals.
And redesigning our website has been a goal for us for a while.
As a creative business our website is our digital store front, our shop window. A place for customers to see some of the past stories we have told. A place to bring stories to life. All stories are unique and there are many different ways to approach the capture and delivery of these stories. We need to find a way to show customers how we could tell their stories and how that can help them achieve their goals.

Reworking our website has helped us think about where the business is going? What are our products? Who are our ideal customers? By answering these questions we have been able to focus our approach to working with different sectors, showing them viable video ideas, costs and benefits. Considering how we get our videos in front of those ideal customers has helped us improve our Google and search rankings too.
Creating opportunities’ in the business to help us tell our own stories. Gather content and make improvements. Adding Graphics to our van and studio space and unify all the points that customers interact with us.
Behind the scenes this has allowed us to re-imagine our processes, upgrade our CRM and diversify our offering: all this is driving focused change to how we produce video. Building packages for all the markets we work in. This gives us a foundation for our conversations with clients. It also allows us to pre-qualify potential clients, allowing us to focus our time on delivering for projects that are going forward.
Re-organising our website gives us the opportunity to empower our potential customers, answering their questions and building trust before they even pick up the phone to call us. That way we can focus our time on the creative, showcasing the amazing stories from Suffolk and connecting those organisations with their desired audience.
So please enjoy our new website, and if you have a story to tell – Let Us Tell Your Story!
