People are at the heart of all good stories. It’s through the lived experiences of others that we’re able to expand our imaginations, explore new ideas, challenge ourselves, and reflect on our own lives. Simply put: stories are one of the greatest ways we learn, connect, and grow!

As filmmakers and visual storytellers, we make it our mission to seek out these narratives. But to keep creating, we also have to make time for new experiences, challenge our own perspectives, and give ourselves room to dream.
With that in mind, one of our directors took some well-deserved time away this month to head down to the dramatic Cornish coast, looking for a little inspiration.
Finding Inspiration in the Wild

Cornwall is a place absolutely steeped in legendary storytelling. It’s a landscape bursting with tales of high-seas adventure, smugglers, pirates, and, of course, the fabled home of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table.
There is a distinct mystery that comes with being so close to the crashing sea. Walking among ancient ruins, it’s impossible not to let your mind wander and imagine the thousands of people who walked those very same paths centuries ago.
For us, a trip like this isn’t just a holiday—it’s a vital opportunity to finally put the camera down, step out from behind the monitor, and completely immerse ourselves in the world. Soaking up the deep history and folklore- finding inspiration that has inspired creators for generations is the ultimate way to recharge our creative batteries.
Better Experiences Make Better Filmmakers
Burying ourselves in new environments helps us understand what truly makes a story tick. We love using film and video because it has the unique power to evoke deep emotion, spark curiosity, and inspire an audience to see the world a little differently. But to build those connections for our clients, we have to keep our own sense of wonder alive.

So, with that being said, the time has come to practice what we preach! The camera is officially turned off, the emails are paused, and our director is heading off to jump into the sea, explore the coastline, and let the mind dream up some fresh ideas.
Thank you so much for reading and following our journey!
